I make my own beer, but Blackberry wine is something I get asked about often.I mixed this 3 parts to 1 part blackberry puree (Primor Fruit Purees) and 1 lb frozen Blackberries per gal ran at 1 part mix to 3 parts water. The result. A full bodied, Full flavored, with spot on color, taste and smell. Not prude but definitely snooty enough to boldly say "I am better than you!" 8>)I am not much of a wine drinker myself but this is going to be great to give away for the holidays.
