Here's an 11lb bag of Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) NITROGEN yeast nutrient for fertilizing yeast fermentation. This is fertilizer for yeast! Keeps fermentation bubbling along and prevents 'off' tastes and odors. Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) stimulates yeast growth. It is required for wines lacking in natural nutrients, such as white wines and meads. Use nutrients for the fastest fermentation and best quality whether it be beer, wine, mead or grains and corn. Also available in the 2oz, 8oz, 1lb, 11lb, and 50lb packs. DAP is the basic nitrogen ingredient for almost all yeast nutrients. DAP stimulates yeast growth and is a useful addition to yeast starters and wines lacking in natural nutrients like white wines. It is THE SPECIFIC nutrient for mead and pyment. Some winemakers add it to every fermentation with excellent results.
