WE620 Automatic Wine Bottle Filler - Single Head Wine Dispenser for Home Bars, Restaurants & Wine Shops | Perfect for Serving, Tasting & Preserving Wine

I wanted to give this 3 starts but just couldn’t do it. I’m bottling wine, 750ml bottles from Speidel 200l tanks.Issues:Inconstant fill level: The only way I could get a consistent fill lever (besides at the shoulder) was to operate at full throttle, which injects a lot of air in the wine.Air in fill hose: Once a bottle is filled, wine runs back down the fill hose into the tank, leaving MORE air in the fill hose.Poor Instructions: The directions should have been easier to understand.Recommendations:Buy a stainless steel racking cane (1/2 “?) with clip.Buy a check valve and attach it to the bottom of the racking cane. Search amazon for 1/2” check valve, you will find many. I put a length of tubing at the bottom on my racking canes to lift it off the lees.Apply silicon O-ring lube to gasket in overflow tank top.Place a 1/2 " hose clamp to fill hose at fill head to seal vacuum.I cannot elevate Speidel 200l tanks above bottler.Once I make the mods, I'll update. I hope adding the check valve will solve the inconstant fill level too.Sorry for the delayed response, here are my field mods:o Upgraded the plastic fill tube with a 3/8 stainless racking cane.o Replaced vinyl tubing with 3/8 food grade, OE was not long enough for me.o Installed a 3/8 check valve are bottom of racking cane.Play with the fill adjustment with H2O before you start, bottles can vary.I'm happy to report, works perfect!! Love it, bottled 24 cases without issue.I 'll give it 5 stars!!
