Update: 23Dec23Device is failing again ... ughUpdate: 10June22Finally got connected with Aveine (USA) customer service. They got a replacement device out right away and new device working great. It’s a bit spendy but I definitely missed it while waiting for replacement. If you’re drinking great/fine wine this is an excellent device.Original Review:I really like the idea/ethos of this aerator and when it works it is a lot of fun. However, my unit stopped working after only 3 or 4 months and customer service is non-existent. I've emailed a few times but no response. The iOS App is useless from a wine perspective -- really just a glorified firmware update utility. At any rate, love the device and do actually think it delivers legitimate aeration but poor quality control so it's hard to rate more than 2 stars given the $$$.
